My wife and I are starting to build a 120 gallon tank, not exactly sure where we are headed but looking forward to the journey. Any info or input will be greatly appreciated!

Welcome, nice size tank, I agree with ScottR landscaping your rocks is important, take your time and get it right, once they are stuck together you will have wished you had moved that rock the first time. The rocks should have caves and plenty gaps for fish to hide and swim through. Good luck

Welcome to R2R!!! If you both stay on the same team during your reefing adventure (and your life adventures) you'll do fine. We're glad you're here!
