Hey, new to the reef world and forums. At the moment I have a 30 gallon set up with only dry rock and sand, for about 3 months (rocks have a lot of algae growth so far) . Just learning on how to maintain water levels before adding any fish. Also, making sure I have all the right equipment so far. I have an aqua clear 110 filter running, two power heads, and a cheap protein skimmer (looking to upgrade ASAP, any recommendations?). Anything else I should be looking in to get?
