I added a small wall hammer (Fimbriaphyllia paraancora) in my tank 4 days ago. Polyps are not extending properly. While I want to give it time, I'm mostly concerned about the color - is it bleaching?

Water params are:
t 26,3C
sg 1,0255
NH3 0
NO2 0
NO3 0 (trying to get this up)
PO4 0 (trying to get this up)
pH 8.05-8.20
Alk 7.2-8.0
Ca 450
Mg 1340

Update: I moved it 2 days later to a back corner, with less flow. It's been steadily extending its polyps, I believe it's happy now.

Definitely looks happier in the new spot where you have it now. it also looks like it has more color in the second picture when compared to the first one. It is hard to tell on the color with the lights (they never really do them justice) but even if it is a little bleached, if you have it at that spot and keep the parameters stable, it should be fine.

Glad you already noticed the nitrates need some adjusting. My LPS always seemed happier when they were not at 0ppm.
