I have growth off of an existing pulsing Xenia coral. Is this new Xenia growth or something else? It’s to the right in the picture and underneath. It’s somewhat see through and structured different.

looks like something else to me, perhaps macroalgae of some sort. xenia still looks like xenia as it spreads (and believe me, it will spread, even after you wish it would stop)

Aiptasia.
Many people do many different things to eradicate them.
Lots of ways, lots of discussion here and online.
Research, pick a method and ask questions and experiment.
We're all here to help.
I use kalk paste.
