Newbie question

My first anemones picked up 3 rock flowers. One of them seems to release what I think is poop. Am I correct or should I be concerned?

It is releasing dead zooxanthellae. This is of minor concern. These guys are very hardy and should do great in a reasonable run tank. Problem free.

They almost look like flat worms. Are they moving at all?
