NFG Shelf life?

Hey everyone,

I am looking to purchase some NFG online and notice that most sites offer a 100g and 250g option. My quarantine tank is 10 gallons and I plan to use the product on at least 2 quarantine occasions for new arrivals. So 28 max doses if I choose the 14 day treatment period.

I have searched the forum and cannot find a solid answer for shelf life or how much is used (outside of 1/4 tsp per 20 gallons). My fear is that I will purchase the lesser amount and then run out of product too soon. I apologize if this question has already been answered.

I'm not 100% certain but the medications the nfg is made of usually have a shelf life of about two years

Thanks for the response! I reached out to one of the distributers who informed me the shelf life is 3 years.

I am thinking I will start with the 100g and I can always purchase more if needed.
