Anyone with the Nicrew HyperReef 100 Gen 2? I have two lights connected via USB-Cable and they won't sync with each other or run the pre set program. The control is connected and I have done a controller factory reset

i dont have these lights. but have you tried turning everything off disconnect and then reconnect and power back on?

You have to go into dashboard and select the program you want to use. It seems to default to manual. Also when you make changes, you have to save and go to dashboard to choose which program to use.

Thanks! Got the program to run but won't sync to 2nd light...

Sounds like USB cable or connections. Make sure they are fully seated.

You could try plugging controller into 2nd light to verify board is good but my guess is the USB connection/cable.

Tried mulitple cables, connected controller to 2nd light and it works, just cant get both lights working together

Strange. Serial data should pass through.

Only other thing to try is plug controller into all USB ports to make sure one is not bad.

May have to contact Nicrew

Having same problem. Have you figured this out?
