Since I've been in the hobby I've been a huge fan of nano tanks, so I decidd to start myself a pico reef. Tank is a 20 dollar 1.5 gallon terra tank from Walmart. Lighting is a 18w coralife mini power compact. For filtration I'm using a viaaqua poly-reactor with live rock rubble, carbon and a couple phosphate filter pads and the return is what accounts for flow in the tank. Also using a gravity type ato.

Current livestock: zoas- toxic lava people eater, eagle eyes, pink mohawks and radioactive dragon eyes.
Sps- ora Verde acro frag, green birdsnest
Softies- pulsing xenia and a few assorted mushrooms
2.5lbs fiji premium and totaka live rock and 2lbs of sand
And of course a small cuc.

Just using the reflector and ballast from a 18w coralife pc mini sump light I had. Using a 10k and an actinic bulb

The birdsnest and the verde acro will be coming out soon and going into my biocube 29. I got them for free so I couldn't pass them up. The Verde was just laying in the bottom of my buddy's tank where it had broken off his colony, that's why it looks so rough. So far it is doing quite well so I hope it will recover.
