Y’all I’m about to loose my mind on these lights trying to get them connected to the wifi!

I first had them connected to AP but realized quickly that wasn’t right when they didn’t kick off at the time I wanted them too that night.

I called Xfinity and spent 2 HOURS on the phone with them getting my 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz lines separated. Confirmed with reconnecting my wave maker to 2.4GHz that line was working correctly. However when I follow the instructional video on YouTube exactly this is the message I get!

Anyone know what to do before I throw these lights in the road

Idk if that would help... but when 2,4 connection is needed...
I go away from my router until my phone got 1 bar wifi...
Plug the equipment and set his wifi... this way only 2,4 is available.
