TRSC Aquatics told me to contact them if I want lights. Of course there's a price difference and since my money is already tied up with the main company I am not placing another, more expensive order. They said @noopsyche doesn't respond because they are on a "global scale".

This is where I got mine, I’m in upstate SC so it may vary for you, but I paid not even 10 dollars more than on the official Noo-Psyche website and got my mini in 2 days , trsc is definitely reliable. also the light is great for the price my only complaint is the app.

Did you get yours already? I got my lights within 2 weeks. Still waiting on my tank mount rail system for my lights. It was shipped May 12, and a FedEx label was created May 23. No updates, just FedEx waiting for the item.

I am looking for a way to contact someone working at noopsyche.
I ordered the mini but after 2 weeks no update other than the order confirmation.
They do not respond to e-mails or the contact file on their website

Same here I put an order in on May 25,2026 for the controller cabinet but never received it. Order number #4043. It is now June 17,2026. Hoping I can get some help here.

Has anyone gotten their order? Wish I saw these reviews before I ordered. Been awhile with nothing said it shipped but no info #4081 @noopsyche how did you guys go about getting a refund without having the items to do a return?
