I have very bad anxiety. The ocean has always been my place of zen. I reset myself when I put my toes in the sand and just relax while listening to the waves kiss the shoreline. It’s my happy place. Being able to have a piece of the ocean in my home is wonderful. There is something so peaceful about it. I can sit and stare at my take for hours.
