Not a happy trident customer

Finally got the call from BRS that my name is up on the list.... Of course, i still want the triedent.. Wait for it to deliver and like a kid on Christmas i get right into.

Get it all set up and keep getting no water sample error..try priming and nothing and not to mention the sample water hose clip is nowhere to be found in the packaging.

Reverse engineer my very brand new very expensive piece of testing equipment to find one hose is not even connected and the calcium reagent was barely making a connection spilling the reagent all over the tray, on my floor, and on the circuit board.

About one to one and a half hours later i make sure everything is cleaned up, hoses are seated, unit back and hooked up, and now we wait to see if the test completes

Good to know, I receive my trident Monday, and I will make sure to double check all the tubing connections!

i thought the same thing but there werent any stickers voiding warranty and its just 4 simple foot pad screws that hold the whole unit together
