Is this happening to any one els ? I thank it's iOS 7 or something it's not letting me uploading my pictures

I doubt is iOS7. You may be taking the wrong link type from the photo on photobucket.

I'm using tapatalk 2 and as you can see the direct link code and the IMG code worked.

works from mine using tapatalk. I even use the upload. if you are using tapatalk, you need to copy teh image link.
