Use live feeder shrimp. Or even the smallest feeder goldfish or mollies

I promise he'll eat that. I could never get mine eating nothing else but live food.

Use PE mysis since they're bigger in size. Then use a clear acrylic/plastic rod to swirl around the mysis which gives the impression that the mysis is moving erratically. Do this at night time and the dwarf will fall for it. This method worked on both of my lions after many other methods failed. Be patient.
