Hello everybody, I hope someone can help me with my issue, I have an apex classic set to send me alerts with temperature and float switch so my issue started when I switched from Metro PCS to Verizon at least that's when I noticed, I have a float switch on my ato and when its running low I should get a text but nothing so I added email alerts and same nothing. When I do a test I do receive it email and text and when the float switch activates I do have an alert on apex fusion site but no text or email. I did switch the carrier option on apex fusion, I have research on many forums but I can find any info. Does anyone have any ideas? Thank you all.

Did you try restarting the Apex? That has solved a host of problems for me.

Your best best is to use the Neptune support forum and open a ticket. They provide great support.
