NPS Tube Anemone

So, coming from a 180 to a 12g, I had no idea the stinging power of a tube NPS anemone!!! Killed my firefish. I was so used to having everything so spread out, now that's not the case. Anyhow, How much should I be target feeding my NPS? Right now I am just taking some pieces of rods and hand feeding every 2-3 days. Is that enough? Too much? Anemone is definitely growing.

I feed mine every 3 days. Happy as can be.
