Nudibranchs vs urchin

After surviving a nudibrach takeover my tank is full of a purple hair type algae that is mixed in with nudibranchs that are dying off. Would a tuxedo urchin be able to eat it’s way around or thru the nudibranchs without harming itself?

Probably. The question is: would it? Urchins have a mind of their own...
