Thanks guys. Hey Mark that chalice is a no name piece.
I've had the snakeskin right next to others but haven't noticed it stinging anybody. So it's not the sweepers(I've never seen any on this piece) but just its flesh that will sting those it touches?

Yep. It doesn't get the extra long sweepers like some of the others until it gets larger, but if it comes in contact with some of the other chalice species, I've had a couple have a white slice the next day. I mounted mine to the side of my rockwork awhile back and not it's 6-7" in diameter.

That no name piece reminds me a lot of one I picked up from Karson and Joe at Aquatic Collection when IanI was still around.

6"-7"? Geez mine feels so little now. Did you laugh so hard your sides hurt after seeing it? Oh and the guy I got this no name chalice from said he purchased his from a guy in the Bay Area.

Not at all. I got mine when a few years back when I was still interested in corals. I just like seeing corals I have in other threads; especially in amazing tanks like yours. It gives me a little street cred with the kiddos. "Did you see this piece in Nuocman's tank?"

But seriously, I always like looking at your updates. Top notch stuff all the time.

Ha! Whatever Mark, I tell people stuff like;
"Yeah I know Poletti"
"I picked up a couple frags from him a time or two"
"He's a cool cat"
"Doesn't live too far from me, maybe 2 hours"
They always say "WOW! REALLY?"
I tell'em "Yeah that's just how I roll." :D

Those are some extremely nice pieces. Do you have any up to date FTS?

Thank you :D Sorry last FTS was from November last year. This tank is coming down soon hopefully. I have an upgrade in the works. But knowing me it will take forever so I'll post some pics still. Just relocated my coral QT today in preparation for this upgrade.

I have to say out of all the chalices I own this one is so bright it's unreal. It just glows. Pops so hard it looks fake. I can't stop looking at it. It's burning a hole in my retina and I don't care.

Wow are these great pieces! I love that chalice man, it's surreal. Those pink hallucinations look just like RP's.

Wow, that Ghost Rider is awesome! I keep coming back to stare at your pic, so I imagine you have a heard time keeping your eyes off the real thing.
