Basically, my tank was a FOWLR for over a year so I used to do water change 3 times a week (10% each time). Now, I converted to house Anemone and I still do 3x WC a week.
Will it effect my tank in negative way with too much water change per week?

Possibly, but maybe not. What changes did you make in the conversion?

Only upgraded the lighting system, all other equipment like filters, skimmer...etc stay the same.
I have not buy those test kit for reef system yet, I used regular API saltwater test kit and Nitrate is around 10 ppm or less, it's hard to tell if it between 5 ppm and 10 ppm, all fishes removed and only have a pair of fire shrimp and a pistol shrimp with BTA and carpet anemones.

Anemones can use up a lot of dissolved nutrients, so don't make the system too clean by using artificial means such as carbon dosing or phosphate reducers....water changes and protein skimming should be fine as long as you feed consistently and regularly. :)

When to mix up fish meal: When was the last time you tried a different brand of food for your reef?
