After watching the latest BRS video on refugiums I wanted to see if it would be feasible to run a Kessil H380 on a Nuvo 20. I am running a Radion XR15 Pro G4 as a main light and it is always out competing my small mag-fuge light. Just wanted to see if anyone was trying something similar. I would eventually like to have a mandarin, but my fuge growth has not been able to support pods at up to this point.

Thanks

I think for the size of the tank plus the space you'd have available to put the chaeto the light would be way too powerful and big for it. If anything do an hang on chaeto reactor or get the h80 tuna flora

Thanks for the reply. I looked into the H80 and it looks like it will work great for my nuvo! As a side note I am running GFO in my reactor and Purigen in a bag in my media rack. Since I will be dedicating the whole rack space to a refugium and using the H80. I was thinking about switching the reactor to Activated Carbon instead of GFO since I won't be using the Purigen bag anymore.

Regards,
