I have purchased 3 Blotchy anthias back in Dec 2023 and all 3 died within 48 hours.

I purchased a Half Banded Flasher Wrasse and 4 female anthias which were delivered on 3/14. 1 female anthis died within the 1st week and the half banded wrasse died 11 days after receiving it.

I QT everything I get even corals & inverts.
