Hi all, I have a nyos quantum 120, I am trying to figure out how to connect the air hose back on, as there two possible connections, and 1 black open hole? Pictures attached,

Also there seems to be a loose piece of plastic inside the silencer, anyone got any ideas what it is? Thanks all. Sorry if this has been mentioned before I could not see an answer anywhere and didnt want to connect the air hose wrong.

I don't know the answer as I'm not familiar with the Nyos Quantum 120
All I can find are stock pictures of the unit, don't know if that will help or not
Looks like one fitting is capped off, the other runs to the air intake on the pump and the screw on top is the adjuster
