I have whites on 1% and it's like the blues arnt even on but when I turn white off it's blue as hell the pic just blue

What kind of mounting system is that?

No whites in pic but if I even turn on 1% it's white as white can be

Funny. When I used these lights my favorite color profile on them was with the whites at 100% and the blues at about 10%. Any less white than that and it was too blue and too dim

My whites stopped working but the blues and both fans are running great. Does anyone have any idea why the whites stopped working and how to fix them?
