Ocellaris Fin Rotting

Noticed what looks like fin rotting on my clownfish this morning. Took in other fish earlier this week. Didn't quarantine so now I'm convinced I messed up and have brooklynella or something. I'm hoping she's just stressed out though. The other day I had to tear up the tank due to a fire worm that was snatching the new smaller fish. This included moving the rock with her nem. She subsequently abandoned the nem and hasn't been hosting anything anymore. So maybe a combination of losing home, kicking up dirt, potentially getting nicked by the fire worm, or maybe it really is brook. Either way there must be something I can do to help her. Any recommendations?

Oh, the perspective on the image is confusing. The clown on the right is one of the new ones and is 1/3 the size of the one on the left with damage. It's a baby who is struggling to eat normal sized pellets. The clown I'm concerned with is by far the largest thing in the tank now that the fire worm is gone. The only other tank mates are a tiny yellow watchman goby, tiger pistol shrimp, and random CUC.

Oh and one other thing to consider: everybody is still eating really well. Hopefully indicative of no major disease going around.

I have had this exact same issue, no new additions in months, so I don’t think its because of that, some other fish or crab etc has probably nipped the fin which has become affected, unfortunately mine died withiin 3 days…I did notice a couple of days prior to the damage the fish was swimming in the flow of the powerhead which he never previously did, I have since read this is a way to get more oxygen and is a symptom of brook I think I read, but as said no new additions in maybe 6 months so my best guess is affected damage?

The clown’s tail looks like an infected previous injury. Fish fins just don’t start eroding without some initial damage.

This looks pretty severe - the fin rays are exposed. If you have a hospital tank, treating with a broad spectrum, gram negative antibiotic like kanaplex or Neoplex would be a good idea.
