Octo Pulse 2 - Pump Locked error

Hey reefers. Just got my WE set-up this morning. Loving it so far but I have the error pictured below on a new Octo Pulse 2. I didn't buy the pump controller so I have no way to test the pump seperate from the WE. Anyone know a fix thru the WE or is it more likely a pump issue?

Mine said that and I switched pump cord to opposite power supply and fixed it I have different pump but had same message

Thanks for the suggestion but all is good now . Let this be a lesson to take more care when plugging in the adapter to the pump; one of the pins was not aligned properly.

my octo pulse 4 had the exact same problem. It took me a while to get the pin aligned right.
