Odd clownfish pair

Picasso and lightning maroon
I've tried to pair the lighting more than a few times with other maroons and she was not having it, anyway the two share a breeder box hanging off my sump (temporary) with a divider, so today when I went to do my water change she was on his side somehow and now they're the best of friends! Any thoughts?
