Odyssea T5 Quad Timer Fixture - Bulbs

Does anyone own/have experience with this fixture? I know there are better (and more expensive) T5 fixtures out there, but for around $100 I am giving these a try for my first T5 set up, supplementing with LEDs. My main question is, are the blue bulbs that come with this fixture junk? I will be replacing the white bulbs that came with it with ATI blue +, and relying on my LEDs for purple/white spectrum. I have 2x 36" fixtures going over my 72x18x27 150g display.

Decent reviews so far here on R2r. Bulbs are ok ish. “Whiter “ than is the current trend.
