My teenage daughter is in the hospital. We have EDS and they found a srynx in her spine. They are trying to get her pain under control. Pray for relief, rest and doctors wisdom.

My teen daughter spent 20 days in the hospital and on too of our connective tissue disorder she has inter cranial hypertension. Please pray that they get her cerebral fluids in an acceptable level and also for drs wisdom the meds make her sick too so a shunt may be a better option both scenarios are hard.

As the government shutdown looms near, I am hoping that the government can find a resolution for a budget. It would be my first time getting furloughed and my family depend on that money. I am hopeful and full of faith.

I need some prayers for my friend Gigi's family in the Philippines, she helped our town rebuild after hurricane sandy destroyed it and now her family has been slammed by this monster storm.
she still hasn't heard from them so please share some prayers!!!

Need some extra prayers, my good friends families homes were destroyed, his 5yr old niece didn't make it and his mother and sister are in critical care after floating in the sea for over a day. they survived by roping themselves to some floating debris but it was too much for his niece. God rest her soul and please pray for this family

I am so sorry. I will be praying for everyone. I have a prayer request of my own. My cousins grandpa has been diagnosed with cancer, and he has 6 months to live. It is my uncles dad. Will you all please pray for them, I don't want to see them go through the misery of losing a loved one. Thank you. God bless

Hi everyone I am an atheist and I have to say this thread is wonderful. While I personally don't see any power in prayer I think the amount of emotional connection and support in this thread is something to be admired. Good on you revhtree for making this thread. Spiritual connection is a great thing on any level, and for any religion. If anyone needs any guidance or help don't hesitate to ask me, I will provide assistance to anyone regardless of the need or who the person is. I'm hoping for everyone in this thread to pull through their struggle and find peace in life. A hobby like reefing is great for meditation purposes and the reefing community has helped me through tough times as well. Thanks for the read.

As a reminder and a little help to yourself if you have problems, "you can tell God about your big problems but it much better in a healing support towards your self if you tell your big problems how big God is"

I'm praying for all my new friends on R2R and their families...that they have a good, safe, and most important of all healthy holiday season, as well as those that need a little more than that...ummm I don't request this kinda stuff normally, but Plz add my family to the list...this will be the 2nd holiday season without my cousin. She passed away 8/12/12 from brain cancer, she fought hard for 5 1/2 years, and its been a rough go...I miss her more than I thought possible...thanks...for letting me do this and listening

After being divorced for 5 years my ex-wife and I are talking about getting back together. Please pray that God gives us guidance and wisdom concerning this. Something that's weighing on my mind while on this website is that she was critical of my reef hobby, especially the money. That's very important if we're to get back together, we would need counseling concerning finances, not just about the reef either. Thank you and God Bless--Mitch.
