This guy hasn’t been happy for a few days... he’ll be really plump and happy for about 2-3 hours and then starts shrinking back up

Any ideas?

Too much light?
Too little flow?
Something picking at him?
Parameters?
Temperature?

It's a beautiful specimen, I hope you can figure this out. How long have you had this one?

He’s on the sand bed.
Around medium flow
I haven’t noticed anything picking

Nitrate 5
Phosphate .05
Alk 8.8
Ca 425
Mg 1340
Temp 79-80

I got it from a buddy, he had it around a year. I’ve had it a few weeks
