I talked to an employee right after I received my 2 Vortech MP10 QD and I let the sale person know that I needed to return them because my tank walls are to think. He said that he had to talk to another person and would get back to me. Well it has not been a month and half, I have call and emailed with no return calls. I spend just under 900.00 and can get a call or email back on how to return them. Any ideas I guess the next step is to go the the manufactures, to see if they can help.

Chargebacks are not for when you purchase something by mistake and want to return it. The OP needs to work it out with the seller. For all we know the merchant has an all sales are final policy. The OP never said where they purchased it from and their return policy.
