I'm a big fan of Algaebarn, but they seem to be sold out on a regular/ongoing basis lately.

I tried purchasing some Chaeto from Rusalty (their website claims to have "clean" macros), but when I received it I found it had a bunch of bristle worms in it. Then when I reached out to them I got a flat-out denial that they ever have pests and they refused to believe me. So ...

Does anyone have another online source for Chaeto or other macroalgae that they know provides pest-free/clean product?

https://addictivereefkeeping.com/ . great guy and has healthy macros and all types.
He asked for clean chaeto, meaning just chaeto, no extra life, pods, worms, etc.

I’m having a hard time finding it as well.
My best advice OP is to clean it yourself. Do a couple of 24 hour freshwater soaks, and then put it in a sw bin to essentially quarantine it and make sure there is no other life in there. After a month or so, you should be good to go. I may do this myself and start a side hustle, since no one else can figure out how to do it lol.

Update. Recieved my Ulva today from the Ebay seller jrbkirk. (Its the only thing he sells)
Granted it was shipped from Texas and the seller did message me to let me know he was going to wait to ship due to carrier delays from storm...
It still took 10 days to arrive to california coast from the day it was scanned to the local post office in texas.(not his fault)

Arrived alive. Bag was cold but acclamated overnight in the sealed bag and then opened today smelling as fresh as it did in the sellers tank :)
He threw in double to apologize for delay so hes A+ seller in my book.

I just rinsed it and there were no signs of life other than the algae. No pods, nothing.
