Open brain help

I have a open brain coral that was reciding should i glue the skeleton that is exposed

I would leave it be, don't glue it. Keep it on the bottom and parameters stable. Low to medium indirect flow. Try feeding small particle foods like oyster feast and reef roids. As it starts to acclimate and show feeding tentacles you can offer meatier foods like LRS or mysis. That is a beautiful trachyphillia.
