Optimum PAR for growing Chaeto

I was wondering if people could share the PAR they have on their refugium, so we could get some optimum levels to grow but not toast our macro algae.

My fuge is the standard from the Waterbox 170 with a Kessil H380 running 16 hrs. Chaeto is growing like mad, and so far no signs of getting burnt.
PAR reading 896.

But can I move it closer and get even better growth?
