ORA Goni Slowly Losing Tissue

I have a red ORA goni that is very slowly losing tissue. It does fully expand once the lights are one - I took the picture when the lights first came on this morning. It's in moderate flow on the bottom. Any suggestions on what I can do to stop it from losing tissue?
