Thank you!Just about 2.25" from the center of the pipe to the edge of the glass.
I believe it was stated earlier, but just to clarify for future readers. After first device is setup in the app additional pumps have to be added via the local link tab of the first installed power head. Not very intuitive. So what exactly is the fix for the second Orca only pulsing light and never going solid red?
When I went to Local Link I remember the setup popped up separate from the other means of adding a device. Was that not the case for you? There was something I could click on I believe at the topHi,
I'm facing an issue and am not sure if it has been addressed here or not.
I got two Orcas, one setup just fine, light going solid red and connecting with no issues. The 2nd one never went to red?! I'm not sure why. I see someone mentioning that the 2nd unit should be connected using Local Link, but isn't that cable only? I tried doing that but no way to do it.
The 2nd unit has been blinking white none stop. I tried unplugging and plugging again with no luck.

Check daylight savings time. I had that issue with the cloud version for the hub edition pumps. I’m not sure about the programming aspect, sorry. @rvitkoI finally had a chance to set up the ORCA - was waiting months for my new top. I've ran into a few program issues that I'm hoping someone can help with.
RE Timezone - It defaulted to Chicago, IL timezone - which is an hour off from my current time. I manually updated it to New York (I'm in Michigan). On the time control graph, it still shows as an hour off from my actual time zone - how do I fix that?
RE Time Control adjustments - I wanted to adjust the flow during certain times - when my APEX handles programming for feeding and over night. I was able to program 4 adjustments in the Time Control settings, but unable to add a 5th. The first four show as blue, the 5th will show as green but not save. All are just time boxed periods to reduce the flow.
And althought I'm in one of the time control alternate settings, it is not adjusting the flow. The Time Control should be reducing it and on the device page, it is still running at the "default" flow rate.
Thanks!
I ended up changing to Toronto time, but it was still an hour off after makng the change. Got frustrated, ignored it until the next day and now it appears the Setting bar on the Time Control screen is showing the correct time.Check daylight savings time.
