These kinds of validation errors are the kinds of problems that computers were supposed to eliminate from the market place because machines would be more reliable than humans in carrying out transactional tasks.
After years of observations and interactions with computers I regret to report that the promises and hopes for effortless, easy, and error free market performances were not well thought out. How can a society of broken entities put together a flawlessly performing machine that doesn't replicate some of the complications and failings of same society?
Next exit Nirvana, just keep to the opposite side of the road from the wrong one and you will get there or not.
