We have that in Kansas during the heat of the summer, I stress everytime. Luckily my area has never gotten shut off, but people around us have for around 2 hours at a time.

Via voice mail and email...lunch time voice mail was around Portland which was weird cuz I'm in southern Oregon and leaving work got an email for down here...strange. excuse is upgrading transformer's.
