Ornate Leopard Wrasse Acclimation Question

I currently have a beautiful healthy Ornate Leopard Wrasse that is ready to go in to my display. He is currently in my QT tank with a dish of sand that he has used each night for sleeping.

My question is when I acclimate him should I attempt to do it while he is sleeping, just removing the dish and placing it into a bucket for acclimation, then move the dish right into the DT.

Just trying to reduce stress as much as possible.

That will work.

Did you treat the QT with anything? I wouldn't put anything from a QT tank into main tank.

No. No treatment was required.

Don't mix the water from QT with display tank.
