Hi everyone ,

I am posting this hoping to get more clarity , I ordered @Orphek Natura from the website on 7/23/25. On 7/28 I was provided a tracking number.

I still have not gotten the package / received any updates from the tracking number :

I may be spoiled by Amazon but is this usual? I have live rock no corals so not extremely important but I would like to keep my coralline alive / other hitch hikers as I did purchase live rock.

I personally don’t work for Orphek, however I know that orders are being collected once a week (it used to be Monday I think). It’s highly likely your order is ready to go and will be collected by UPS on that specific scheduled day. Also it’s all being shipped from China, so depending what part of the world you are , there might be additional delays due customs.
Both of mines were collected in the morning, I had them delivered 24hours later. 👍🏻

Thank you for your experience, I have been spoiled by Amazon lol
