Orphek Vs Grassycore

Im new to this site, and hope someone can help me here.

I was looking at the new Orphek Ocean led light, and then i found this light called Grassycore. There isent much to find on the web about the Grassycore, but the two fixtures looks like they are the same.

I post two youtube videos so you can see both fixtures.





Does anyone know if the Grassycore is just a ripoff of the Orphek Ocean, or its actually the same lamp but with differen names?

The Grassy Core was out in the middle of 2017. The Orphek was announced when? From there you can figure out who is ripping off who.

Shell makes little difference. Proof is in diodes color/type and drivers.
no defense of anything or derision, just need more nuts and bolts..

Another thing i noticed, is that the app's to the the Grassy core and the Orphek is identical.

Anyone know more abot if these two lamps actually is the same?

If you compare the diodes there are some differences but pretty close to the same.
