We’ve had this little guy for a week.
We don’t currently have the antibiotics and equipment for a quarantine tank at the moment.
Attached are also our water parameters.
Any help is greatly appreciated! IMG_8453.png IMG_8454.png

I tried adding a video explanation of our current situation but that didn’t upload.
This is our SECOND tang to show this behavior after being in the tank for alittle over a week. He has been eating a wide variety diet.
Today they did no come out to eat and weee found laying on their side.
Not to sure what to do from here

These are generally very hardy tangs. I assume you have this in quarantine? If so, what if any medications are you using?
I cant tell if this is hemorrhaging around the face area but I also have no faith in Spintest readings and encourage you to verify those numbers by taking a water sample to an LFS that does Not use api tests and see what readings they get and to compare with your results.
It is recommended to start with coppersafe for 30 days and then do a water change and add.dose Prazi for 2 treatments lasting 8 days each.
Also , add air stone now for added oxygen.
Is fish breathing labored or normal?

Welcome to Reef2Reef!

Are there other animals in the tank?
How are they doing? It is generally the case that if the tank has more delicate animals in it and THEY are doing well, the problem with the tomini will NOT be water quality issues.

Was the tomini eating for you when you first got it and then went downhill?
