Hey all! Had a little fun in the office today and thought I would share.

I have been sitting on a Deep Blue 12" cube for some time, and decided to try a pico for my office desk.

I believe it's rated as 7.5 gallons, but with rock and sand it has about 5 gallons volume.

Going pretty basic, with an AC50, truaqua nano heater, hydor 240, temp probe thermometer.
Here she is in place:

Decided to go with Hawaiian black sand, and grabbed some rock from my 75 and sump.

For lighting, I went with (and am impressed with) a ReefBar Pro with Sunsetter controller. It has separate programmable moons, blues and whites. 10 3 watt Cree LED's

Will load it up with corals from the home tank; likely Zoas and lps. Probably stock it with a hi fin red banded goby with Randall's pistol shrimp.

For now, waiting for it to clear and cycle (if it even will).

Anyway, hope ya dig it and thanks for looking!

Awesome little cube.
Keep up the good work my friend.
Any idea on livestock yet after you're don cycling?

Thank you! Will likely start with a small goby/shrimp pair, then when they're established, decide on a small "swimmer".

Maybe a Dory. [emoji6]

Snapped a few of the 75. Looks over crowded with frags, but a lot are going into the cube (also storing some for an 11g reef ready I can't seem to get around to...) haven't cleaned the glass in a few...

Looks great! I want to setup a tank in my office, the only reason I haven't is water changes and topping off. Especially if I am gone for a week!
