Overheating Return pump

I’m pretty sure my return pump overheats sometimes bringing my temperature from 78 degrees to 80 degrees. I know it’s not my heater because I have an INKBIRD. I’m trying to keep my temperature more stable as I keep adding more corals to my tank. Can somebody recommend me a good return pump for a 15 gallon tank?

you can get their smaller DC version

but maybe overkill for a small tank
