Would a larger female clownfish allow a smaller male to sleep even close to her anemone if they weren’t potentially pairing? During the day she’s kind of a jerk to him. The smaller guy will sneak in behind the nem and holds super still at night like he’s trying to get in on the nem action without the larger one knowing. All under the cover of darkness like a cat burglar. Do they have a chance at love?

Of course I have room for 1 more fish!

Sometimes they pair up quickly and sometimes never.

Even if they pair or bond, there is no guarantee she will allow him in the nem.
