Pajama cardinal eye is huge

Hello, like the title says my cardinal’s left eye is like twice the size of the other one. He is acting normal but this is brand new to the tank. my other two cardinals are acting completely normal. I am adding phosguard currently.

I believe this is cross-posted which takes from others seeking answers and causes confusion and other thread has been answered. Need pics under white light intensity to best assess. Likely injury, scratch or gas embolism
