Pajama cardinal

I'm always amazed at how something can live in a 16 cubic feet and not be seen in over a year. Today I saw one pajama cardinal there may be another one in the tank still but it's been over a year since I've seen it. That includes peering in with a flashlight at night. Next tank, not as much Rock.

That's crazy. Closest I've had was a yellow neon goby disappear for months in 30 gallon bio cube. Long after mourning it's untimely demise, one night I discovered in the back refugium area. It had been living in the chaeto eating whatever passed into the back. Getting out was a nightmare but I was quite pleased it was alive.
