Hey all! So a question. A friend told me that there are phone apps that can act as a par meter. Does anyone here have experience with these? I would like to know the true par in my tank rather than just what the light manufacturer says. However I really don't want to drop $150. on something I will use once! Maybe twice if I change lighting. So the idea of a phone app sounds good to me.

I've heard the phone app will give a general idea of where your PAR is at.
Amazon sells the Vibira one that are pretty inexpensive that quite a few on here use.

Hey, thanks for the reply. Are you sure of the spelling? I just looked on Amazon and can not find anything that matches this.
