Par Meter

[reacclimating 2 the hobby]

Good Morning Reefers,

I'm inquiring on a good place to look for renting/borrowing a par meter online or within R2R. I don't have a LFS unfortunately. BRS has done research on the lights that I'm running, but would rather document my par readings myself since I plan to be SPS dominant. Appreciate anyone's advice.

What lights are you using and what are your husbandry goals (SPS, LPS, etc?) Is there a local club - many have a meter for members' use.

I have two radion xr15 pro and the aquatic life t5 hybrid(2 blue plus, 1 purple, 1 aquablue coral) on a 40g breeder. SPS dominant.

Lights are 8" off the water. t5 doesn't have intensity adjustment and Radions ramp up to 60% for four hours and then down to 50%.

I live in a very small area. No local clubs or LFS.

Dry measuring w/ an affordable Lux meter will get you in the ballpark...
Plenty of threads here w/ tips on this..

Only "option" w/ out buying/renting/borrowing..................
