Can anyone definitively identify which species this flasher wrasse is? It's abviously of the genus Paracheilinus but it doesn't really fit any of the species that I know of 100%, which leads me to believe it's most likely a hybrid. It most resembles P. Rubricaudalis, except for the crescent tail. Any ideas?

P. Paineorum looks like. Which is apparently a pretty new species described

When I was looking thru the paracheilinus species list Paineorum was the closest I could find. It looks like it would be a male just entering terminal phase. This would be the first of that species that I've ever heard of in the hobby. I wish I could buy the little bugger, but he was all the way in Hong Kong.
