Update:

White channel on LED's has started acting up. Will only work at the highest or lowest settings. Replacement driver is in the mail to me. Hopefully it will get here soon as it looks like some pieces are getting a little annoyed. I have cut the amount of time the lights are on to not blast the corals.

I have been thinking about getting an MP10 for the tank. With my current powerhead setup it seems that there are still some spots that have real low flow, and the powersweep I have has just started to lock up, and continues to lock up weekly after cleaning each time.

Love the look of your tank. I will keep on following your progress with the SPS. I just started my 29g 2 months ago and can't wait to see it look as full and lush as yours.
You have a "GREEN" thumb, or should it be called a "BLUE" thumb for reef growers, lol.

Update: Finally located an mp10es. Hopefully will be here by the beginning of next week. Looking forward to getting it in the tank and replacing those other powerheads.

Haha yeah, just a little. Hoping to get the corals off the sandbed soon and have them all mounted. Just got my mp10 last night and hooked it up. Still trying to figure out what setting works best. Also just caught the clown goby and put him in the overflow. He has been nipping at sps for a while and this morning I was actually able to nab him while he slept.

Just finished moving some pieces around the tank. Mostly the frogspawns that were tucked against the side of the tank. Also adjusted the front right "Blasto" corner. I love having the Mp10 on the tank and I think I am going to settle on the lagoon mode.

Since the last update I replaced the 2 powerheads in the tank with an Mp10 and I couldnt be happier. Better flow all over the tank and the tank doesnt get as hot as it used to.

No the fixture isnt made by them. I bought the fixture from ajmreef led, and I found it while searching online for an LED unit. I just took all the optics out of the fixture. It had 60 and 90 degrees in there and thought that it was a little overkill. I will be replacing whatever 60 degree optics there are with 90's, but for the time being I am just seeing how things react with no optics on them at all.

Thanks! My fish have changed since I last did a decent update. I used to have a bicolor blenny, banggai cardinal, and 2 Mocha Clownfish. Well one night the female clownfish chased the male and he ended up jumping out of the tank where I found him the next day. After that I added a Green clown goby. The clown goby didnt last long as he was starting to nip at my sps corals so he had to go. Shortly after that the female clownfish jumped out of the tank one night and didnt make it. For a while it was just my blenny and banggai cardinal until I recently picked up a PJ cardinal and a orange striped cardinal. Both new fish seem to be doing well. I should be able to get some new updated pictures soon after I clean the glass.
